My thoughts exactly.

I used to watch this show when I was a kid. It might be interesting to watch a bit now, but if they changed the music, I don't even wanna bother. I bet there are VHS quality episodes online somewhere.

With the exception of the opening theme, I barley remember anything about the sound track. I think I could live without it.

Music studios, just like Movie studios, dont like streaming for the most part, so they keep throwing as many charges and snafus as they can onto them. The Writers strike that wounded the industry for several months was because the studios refused to give the writers a cut of the revenue from streaming. The studios just want to make money their way. They will always go the safe and familiar route, and can we really blame them?

^ That doesn't explain why this very situation stops things from coming out on DVD. It's the exact same story for Malcolm in the Middle. They don't own the rights to the music, so we don't have the DVDs.
