Cool to hear, there definitely seems to be more Sonic games on the Game Gear than I realized. Tails' Adventure doesn't look half bad either, but really different. I'll probably definitely check out Chaos and Triple Trouble sometime soon though.

Does Thunder Force 4 make you go mega bananas?

Actually no... That makes me go Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs!

You should try unlocking them in Sonic Adventure Directors Cut. It's fun playing them on the big screen although the graphics look kinda funny.
Thanks everyone...

I was going to emulate all these games anyways, haha. Don't have a Game Gear myself... or 50 batteries to spare right now.

Then get the plug. Seriously, the Game Gear itself really is the best way to experience these games. The big screen just makes the graphics look worse than they actually did.

BTW, I'm only missing Sonic Blast out those many Sonic Game Gear games. And it's cheap!

I dunno, I emulated Sonic the Hedgehog 1-2 (Game Gear) with KEGA Fusion and wasn't bothered by the looks at all (and I can get picky with emulators sometimes, I didn't like GBA emulation until VBA-M just came out recently). Basically I'm piss poor right now so I really can't buy anything... lol.

It could be a difference in the emulators. I'm using Fusion, which emulates Game Gear, Master System, Genesis, 32X and Sega CD all in one program.

You should maybe re-read that. I'm using Fusion as well.

Best Sega emulator by far in my book, I don't touch Gens+ or anything else anymore.

 I saw KEGA, don't know how I missed the Fusion part, lol.

I always felt that Sonic 2 was the most subdued looking one of the 4.

Agreed. I know I'll catch some flak for it, but I think Sonic 2 is the weakest entry in the classic series. (I don't consider 3D Blast part of the classic games btw)
