Applewood smoked bacon, eggs (sunny side up), and sliced honeydew for breakfast*. If it rains all day long I might just call in for pizza.

edit*and a bloody mary. It's a Saturday and I'm not going anywhere.

I'm about to put a batch of this together with some homegrown habs.

Sounds delightful. I just plucked a small colander of habaneros myself. Maybe I'll try your link.

Tonight's bill of fare:

Classic Macaroni & Cheese (Cook's Illustrated) I love this recipe!

w/ a side of spicy collards and stewed tomatoes.

I'm famished!

Fried Chicken and biscuits. Afterwards, a small bowl of bran flakes. Food like that always gives me the urge to eat something fibrous.

Had 3 of these earlier.

They are common, everyday food in countries in Southeast Asia, such as Laos,
Cambodia (pong tea khon ពងទាកូន in Cambodian) and Vietnam trứng vịt lộn or hột vịt lộn in Vietnamese). They are often served with beer. ( Pong Teah = Egg ....Khon= baby )

The Filipino and Malay name is balut (balot) means "wrapped"

I had some pizza last night done over an open fire with a dark crust. Some slices had eggplant, which I didn't even know was a pizza topping. The others were meatball and ricotta cheese topping. They were quite good
