I've been loving these lately:

My favorite kind of ramen is the kind that has little or no water left after cooking.

Oh i love when water is left! I'm a huge fan of broth, so when those cup-o-noodles have reached what I call "the terminal noodle", I just sit back, and enjoy a nice cup of hot broth.

Re: Instant Noodles
The most I've ever paid for noodles is $1.Adam wrote:How much do you pay for imported instant noodles? I'm curious. They cost anything from 2 to 5 Yuan in China (less than 1 USD, between 20 to 50 cents to be more accurate). I only eat instant noodles if the power is out or the gas is off otherwise I'd just make my own noodles which tastes much better and is healthier.

This used to be my favorite along with their Spicy Noodle Bowl and Kimchi Noodle Bowl but the spice kills me these days.AznKhmerBoi wrote:Korean

They used to make this creamy chicken flavor that I loved. I can't seem to find it at my grocery store anymore, though. So it's just regular chicken, now.

If you're talking about the Murachan ones, it is still made as my grocery store gets them. I imagine you could fine them on Amazon or something. Or heck, if you liked them that much, we could probably work out for me to pick up a case for you.BurningDoom wrote:They used to make this creamy chicken flavor that I loved. I don't need to pay for them to be shipped in, I don't like them that much, regular chicken will do just fine for me.Hobie-wan wrote:If you're talking about the Murachan ones, it is still made as my grocery store gets them. Cup Star! This cup ramen is made by Sapporo Ichiban, but can't be found in America because it contains meat and America always bans Japanese meat for some dumb reason. (Maybe because it isn't full of Monsanto hormones and antibiotics.

I really enjoy these two brands. I like the Ramen that come in the bowls since I can just sit there with a nice hot bowl of the broth and throw in some extras like veggies or meat. It is soo tasty and definitely a comfort food. I don't usually put an entire packet of seasoning in though since it's quite high in sodium.
