Deep Labyrinth, the DS game, most of the enemies are some sort of gelatinous blob.

The game Zenonia RPG for iPhone has creatures called slimes that look like a mutant hybrid chicken slime:



Also Dungeon Hunter for iPhone has an enemy called slime creature:

Are you referring to the looper line of monsters? I can see those as slime like.
