Chinese? doesn't the Japanese make this game? Also it's very nice of them to advertised an "M rated" game with Kids on the poster.

1.) This game was made by Midway, an american company.
2.) The ESRB didn't exist when this game came out.

Let's not just gloss over how awesome Tapper is. Also, I would say do a top 100 arcade and then a separate just top 50 for pinball.
