Normally I prefer pics the width of the page. But in this case an easy right click to save the COVER vs having to slug thru an attached thumbnail photo site. No need to include the pic in a reply quote though.

Wow, I have not been following the Dreamcast scene for a month or two; can someone give me a summary of what is going on with Geist Force? Thanks!

Yes, a beta version of the unreleased game Geist Force, a Starfox clone, was found a few months ago by an old Sega veteran and it was sold to Assembler to get the beta dumped. The original beta was unsalvageable and fubar, and all hope was lost.

Fast forward a few weeks ago and another Sega vet named Monkfish turned up with a complete copy of the game in excelent condition that is a version 1.0, and a full six months newer than the original 3 level beta.

The disc was purchased by a fundraiser cordinated by Assembler, and the goal of $700 plus shipping had been met. As I type this the game should be on it's way to Assembler, and all the folks that donated about $50 get a limited edition copy print run of 100 games, all professionaly done with an industrial grade printing press and cd burner, label printer and shrinkwrapping.

You can still pay $50 to get one of these limited edition copies if you are purely a collector and want something not many others will have.

Me myself, I am going to wait for the ISO to surface.

I know others have said something about the large covers, but this is the final version with all the feedback we got here, hope you like it.

that one is perfect. maybe a little too wordy but that'd nit-picking unnecessarily. i really like that one and if you made it (i'm not sure if it was you or someone else...) then you should be proud.
