I lost my Jackie Brown special edition box set, my Chasing Amy criterion collection (with the bonus comic book), and my Donnie Darko directors cut box set among many other missing DVDs. Luckily, I prefer the original cut of Donnie Darko which only costs about five bucks. I still have no replacement for Jackie Brown or Chasing Amy. My other Quentin Tarantino and Kevin Smith movies feel lonely without their missing siblings.

I've talked to that naive girl about trusting shady people, and she told me that she'd rather get burned than turn into a cynic like me. I eventually had to cut her loose. I heard she wound up crack-whoring.
I hope that last part is a joke... :|

The closest I've had to someone stealing my stuff is one time, I told my friend that he could have some random PS1 game I didn't like much. The thing was, Medal of Honor was sitting right next to it, and he thought I meant that one. So when he left, he took MoH with him. I figured out what had happened the next day, after searching fruitlessly for hours.

I haven't personally ever had anything stolen but a friend of my parents son once had his ENTIRE collection of NES, SNES, Xbox, Playstation, Genesis stolen. I remember this kid had a LOT of neat and valuable games on their original consoles and he basically lost it all. Unfortunately I believe it was pawned off by his sister because she had become addicted to heroine. It's sad really, and I don't mean just the video games...but damn.

I've had all kinds of cool stuff lifted over the years. Most of it I could replace, but some I really wish I could get back. I had some OLD Pc games that waled away, a few console games or came back missing a manual, and of course my wicked little pimp cane I used to have. Solid brass knob, carved bone collar, and a twist to pull out a real 2 foot blade. I was able to let some stuff go, and replace my Albert Odyssey manual but that cane....dammit....

SNK vs Capcom: Card Fighters Clash (SNK version) for Neo Geo Pocket. I spent hundreds of hours unlocking everything - even linking up to friends' Capcom versions to do so. One of my roommates at the time quietly sold it without telling me.

A maid stole my Nintendo DS Lite, the fucking bitch didn't even take the charger and the console language was english so she probably won't be able to use it.

This doesn't really count as stealing, but I gave my friend James Bond Everything or Nothing for the PS2 to borrow, and I got Bully in return. A few months on, I gave him Red Dead Revolver to borrow and I got Destroy All Humans in return. I asked him if he wanted them back, but he said he didn't. He eventually moved, and the games were never returned. Not really a huge loss for either party, as he only plays his 360 now anyways.

Both times, you got better games than he did anyway.
