What's the main system you collect for?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Pff, we all know you collect for game gear, and only game gear. 8)

i collect for the saturn. i concentrate mostly on japanese releases but there is a small list of US and Euro exclusives that i'd like to pick up. i've got around 85 games or so, including a few gems that i'm particularly proud of (radiant silvergun, kingdom grandprix, akumajo dracula x, assault suits leynos 2, cyberbots limited box).

i'm pretty all over the place with the rest of my stuff. snes would be second but i think i only have like 20 games or so for it (including earthbound and a boxed cybernator, which i'm most proud of).

i'm not interested in complete collections anymore, because i refuse to have really shitty games unless they hold some kind of sentimental value to me or my girlfriend. which is why i own taz-mania and frogger for snes. which totally sucks... haha :)

I'm most proud of my Sega Dreamcast collection, honestly. There aren't many games I really feel like I need for it anymore, although if I came across really great deals on some, I wouldn't mind picking them up. After my recent run where I picked up Rez, Ikaruga, and some Samba de Amigo controllers, I feel like things are pretty close to where I want them -- I could go with some Border Down, Cosmic Smash, Segagaga, Space Channel 5: Part 2, and Under Defeat, but I can live without, since all of those games go for around $100 and more. And... y'know... CD-r's ease the pain. It's also one of the only systems that I ended up retaining most of my cases for, so I can proudly display them if I so please.
