I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it but Lethal Enforcers II was good.

Yes, that would count I think. There's definite spaghetti western influence in the soundtrack. The game is pants-on-head insane though, so it's not really an accurate portrayal of the West by any means. I love it for that though.

Really enjoyed GUN.

Still love the second level in Duke Nukem, A Time To Kill. Finding Doc Brown's DeLorean for the first time made me laugh for minutes.
