Raw clock speed is a terrible way to compare different hardware.

I never said it was a good way. I was just stating that if you compared clock rates, the PSP is actually better at just pure, raw, number crunching than the PS2.

Actually that's not entirely correct either.

Lets just take my statement as what it was, just a statement about the clock rates of both systems.
