Yes, kick is the bottom row.

Here's a link to a transcription of Street Fighter Turbo for SNES. Page 6 says that B, A, R are kick buttons:

But maybe the fellow with the tattoo is a Sagat player showing his love for the slow/low tiger shot.

(Im assuming you know it is a Hadouken)
EDIT: Nevermind, he expressly said it was a hadouken.
In that case, tattoo fail!

It reminds me of those 'tards that get a tattoo in a language they don't speak, especially the ones that get Chinese or Japanese tattoos. Eugh, half the time they're probably getting something like 'chicken chow mein' in mandarin or some shit. In fact I think I might get that as a tattoo, 'special number 3' since that's what I buy from my local chinese restaurant. Then tell morons that it means 'spirit' or 'sensuality' or some fucking horseshit.

I love how people who knows a lot about some certain topic always think other people is a n00b, without thinking twice about it.

Its B on the two button systems.

I'm 100% certain you frantically searched for a platform that had hadouken as QCF+B when somebody pointed out the obvious mistake on your tattoo.

The controls are modifiable, so you could always assign your punch to B if you wanted.

I never liked the default SFII controls and would swap the positions of the hard attacks with the medium attacks.

I didn't buy the Gameboy explanation either.

Nice try to turn the tables though. He was all like "it is not iiiiiiiiii who is mistaken, but you! Ha! Ha, I say! Noobs!"

Well, I dont care if you dont believe that, its just what I did. I was playing my GB and thought about the Konami code while playing Contra, but it was too long. Then after that I thought about the Hadouken. You guys can say whatever, but you can do Hadoukens this way on the systems quoted. ¿How would I get a tattoo, decide to change the weakpunch logo for a button and not check wich fucking button it is?

Epic Fail.

You do realise that you have this is scarred on your body. Forever. Anybody who gets the reference is going to go "you do realise that b = weak kick... right??" and you are going to through your 'explanation' of how you were playing the completely worthless 'GB version' and they will just think you are a retard. Everybody else will think you are an idiot for getting 'vidyaa gaymes' tattoo.

This is one of the many reasons why I won't get a tattoo, 9/10 they will make you look like a retard. I think I'd rather just get a bunch of piercings at least if they look dumb I can just take them out. No worries.

QCF+b
