At the risk of sounding boring, I figure go with Andy. He's been around so long that his moves are pretty standard, so learning his basics shouldn't be too difficult. I usually will try different folks in my third slot, but Andy works out alright when I use him. I tend to play the most with Kula and Kim.

Andy Bogard is also cool. I love using him when I'm playing the Fatal Fury series (other than Terry of course). I also recommend Joe Higashi. His a fun character.

The side-kick characters in KOFXII are, for some reason, RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. Andy, Joe, Benimaru and Robert. Go with any of them, and you'll be walking down easy street.

My team is Iori, Kensou and Clark. Despite his tier rating, I rape souls with Clark. I've one-character victory'd people with Clark.

That's for KOFXII, though. Normally, I'll use either KOF'97 Outlaw Team (Blue Mary, Yamazaki, Billy) or KOFXI K' Team (K', Kula, Maxima). Also love Oswald, Momoko, Malin, Duck King, Yuri, and probably too many other characters to list.

I'm out of practice, but I'm sure I can still make you eat those words. Hard.

No. I do have friends with 360s, but they live way out - and most of them don't even have Live.

Being on the 360 would be a handicap for me, anyway. No Bat-Type Joysticks for the 360. Still, I played KOFXII at AWA using the 360 d-pad, and remained undefeated the whole time.

That's one of those accomplishments I'm going to remember forever, like when I beat Metal Slug 2 at Pizza Hut without taking a hit, and when I took out 10 guys in MAG by myself and took over their com tower without backup.
