Wasn't there an awful First-Person basketball game on the Sega CD?

My god! That screenshot alone make the game look so bad that I simply must find a copy and play it!

Even CAPCOM found fault with it (poor sales probably) and does not freely acknowledge that it produced the game.

Pretty much the main problem with that game is that the game was rushed, I mean they made the game in less than a year after the first game came out. Capcom was trying to keep the DMC momentum going, but they failed to do so.

back to the future for the nes is such a crappy game and for some reason I still hold in high regard in my collection.... mostly because I was such huge fan of the movie..... but for some reason I like the challange of those stupid bees flying at you and the ridiculously hard diner level.

I mainly found it funny that with every so called "problem" with the first game that they tried to fix they just created more problems:

The Camera: Tried to give a better perspective of the action resulted in WAY too zoomed out.
Difficulty: First one too hard? So this one was...so easy you could beat one of the bosses without moving.
Size of levels: Made bigger levels...that were bland and generic.

Oh and I completed DMC2 back when it came out; I didn't think it was too awful but my dislike of it has grown over the years. Still, playing as Trish was quite fun.

FYI you need the 32X and SCD for that game. If you're really curious, I have disc 1 (only) which should be sufficient to get a brain damaging taste. I'll trade it for cheap.

Back in the 80's I played Friday the 13th a lot. It was a totally crappy game, and I was well aware of that. The game was impossibly difficult. Oddly enough, I think that may have been part of the fun. It was one of the earliest horror games, and it gave you good reason to fear Jason because you were always doomed to fail.

I voted not intentionally.

I will usually at least try something that some people say is bad if the premise or style of the game appeal to me. Like Katamari or something similar. I don't think that makes the game bad, just not for everybody.

My biggest issue is that it takes a whole lot to get me to put a game aside because it's bad. I end up playing it to completion or having it in my backlog list to play until I get through it. I don't know why.

*Beep Beep*

That sound from the game still rings in my ears.

I also played that game a lot since I was a horror nut as a kid. I still can't believe I had a subscription to Fangoria when I was around nine years old, my parents were super strict, but I guess were cool with gore.
