Japan Xbox 360 Shooter Checklist
Re: Japan Xbox 360 Shooter Checklist
Bootaaay- Done, updated the list with ESPGaluda II and Raystorm HD. I'm not listing those indie game ones. Unless something comes along on that front that is worth mentioning, I'm not wasting any time on it.

It's a bit confusing, there seems to be 2 translations of Mihara's comments - one saying that he doubts 5bp are working on the Ketsui port, and one where he says 5bp are still working on the Ketsui port but he's wary of the outcome - hopefully we'll get some more concrete information later (Cave have another event scheduled for August, so keep your fingers crossed). Also, Mihara said that the patch for DDP DOJBLEX should arrive sometime in August and that his teams working on the 'complete' version, whatever that means.
Oh, and Asada wrote on his blog that they're looking for fan suggestions as to which of the old Cave shooters they should submit to Microsoft for XBLA release - email him at the address below and put XBLA in the subject;

Progear on XBLA needs to happen.

So it sounds like they're admitting the DDP port wasn't great. It really bothered me that the menus were buggy. A simple playthrough of the menus prior to shipping would have been nice.
Things like perpetual delays (ketsui) really stand in the way of shmups being legitimate releases. Yes, I understand that the market dictates that publishers like 5pb aren't going to spend a great deal of time on these things, but come on.
