Did the PSP have one?
I don't think the original model did (correct me if I'm wrong) but the latter two models definitely did.

PSP-1000 (the "phat") did not have video-out. It was added to the slim revision.

I saw it stated somewhere that the first rev does not have video out.

So I picked up Hot Shots Golf, Wipeout 2048, and Lumines in the B2G1 sale. I'll put up thoughts when I get to them all.

May buy a Vita today. Just need to confirm whether Lumines has good music or crappy American pop this time around.

I am waiting for UPS, but probably won't get to play until later tonight. I posted some thoughts here: http://www.rfgeneration.com/blogs/dshei ... h-2059.php

I picked up my Vita last week and have bought several games. I picked up:
Lumines - Awesome. I love Lumines and this is more with some tweaks. It also has a ton of skins which is great.
Uncharted - Barely played it but it looks and controls great.
Little Deviants (came with bundle) - Way better than I expected. It's kind of throw away, but still a lot of fun.
Wipeout 2048 - Amazing looking and very fun. Really hard though.
Hot Shots Golf - Seems awesome. If you like Hot Shots, it's more of it. (I do)
Escape Plan - Barely played it but seems fun.
Super Stardust - Love Super Stardust and this is a great version.
Crush (PSP game) - Such a great game and it looks fantastic on the Vita.

So far I'm in love with this system. I haven't touched anything else since I got it. I always got claw hand playing on the PSP but am finding the Vita very comfortable. I think the interface needs some tweaks, but there's nothing major and I'm sure it'll be updated. Highly recommended.

Got to play with one yesterday at a store display, and left feeling unimpressed. first thing I noticed was the size, its huge! It feels ok to hold, just like a psp I guess. The next thing that threw me off was the analogue sticks. They have very little throw to them, basically feeling like it has neutral, half, and full for tilt.

The interface was very unintuitive IMO, I was actually stuck on a screen in the main menu, trying to change the page or select anything, then I realized that you need to use the touch screen for navigation. Even in games you need to use the touch screen to select the menus, this did not feel natural since there are real controlls to use. I was not a fan of the rear touch pad at all, causing you to hold it funny to use.

I have a friend that picked one up, so i will get to play with it more later and get a better feel, but my initial impression was not that great.

Mine just came in the mail and I'm loving it. The only complaint is that Amazon forgot to throw in the free screen protector! Grrr!
