Ticked: I got a D in Freshman Composition II.

Seriously, this really pisses me off. I may not be a great writer, but my paper was well above snuff considering everyone has to take this class. Met all requirements, turned it in on time, and the professor was okay with the topic. What the hell is wrong with it?

That's nothing; AP English is a nightmare. Basically, whatever grade you got last year in whatever literature class, lower it by 2 letters, and that's where you'll be at.

I took all the AP English courses in high school and got at least B's in all of them.

I am graduating this semester with a BA in English and I had a professor that told me I do not know how to interpret literature. WTF? How would I make it to be a senior without knowing literature?! She could not take people having different interpretations for anything. Even though my papers were well done she gave me low grades on them all because she said I had it all wrong.

They can be so annoying.

No explanation, no e-mails, nothing. Didn't even find out until I decided to look at my grades today.

It pisses me off that I never got anything worse than a C throughout high school, then I get a D and an F. And I really don't think I deserved that D.

I would assume that you turned in more than one paper for a compositions class. She gave no reasoning for the low grades on your papers?

You could try sending an email. I had a professor once that put in the wrong grade by accident. I knew it was wrong because I had all good grades on all my assignments.

Smiled - found out that if I cant go in tomorrow the three days Ive been off thanks to the snow/ice wont count against me. And it snowed five inches Sunday night.

It was a he, and it was only one paper, and he emailed me back with a list of all the assignments. He gave me a D on the paper and an F on two major in-class assignments that I'm not even sure where I could've possibly missed points. I'm really mad, and I don't even think anything will fix this shit.
