Always 2 sides to a story, so the other chapter needs to be heard of course. I think the forum always appreciates "extra" details in regard to a negative feedback - so the fact you have done that is appreciated.
I'll second (or triplicate) noise and flake and say that the experience you have laid out obviously is not the way things around here.
