Well, I've been hoping for it, and it sounds we will see some Stardom talent on Forbidden Door as well as Supercard of Honor. This mentions CMLL talent as well, so I think their women's champ (I think she's the champ) Stephanie Vaqer is on the table as well. Actually, I just read that she defeated Giulia and is now the NJPW Strong women's champion, so I feel like she needs to be on the show. I personally would love to see Tessa Blanchard too. Fuck Tony Kahn for celebrating Rossy Ogawa's release though. I swear, Tony Kahn has absolutely zero class and acts like an immature teenager. This is where I will fully praise Triple H over him. Triple H acts like a grown ass, mature MAN compared to the boy that is Tony. Although, I wonder if what Tony did was a business move. Like, "Hey, new Stardom president, I'm on your side. Let's talk!"

A real no brainer for Forbidden Door is Mayu Iwatani, though I'd lose my fucking mind if we somehow got the Cosmic Angels. Queen's Quest would be great too honestly. Mina Shirakawa and AZM seem like a lock. Giulia seems like she's on the outs with Stardom, so I don't think we'll see her. If they let any of these girls do their traditional Stardom entrances on Forbidden Door it will be epic. One thing Stardom does really well is entrances.





Also, I really think Tony needs to get on the phone and call this woman. I would hire her in a heartbeat, even for just a backstage position where she helps the other women out with advice and coaching. She knows Saraya too, there's interesting history there. Those two are arguably the ones who REALLY started the women's revolution in WWE before AJ Lee and before the Four Horsewomen.

According to one report I saw, it totally was. Although it seems like an incredibly childish way to go about it.

But yeah, Stardom and CMLL being involved in ROH Supercard of Honor and Forbidden Door is going to be awesome! I was going to skip Forbidden Door this year, but I might check it out now.

Just a random thought, am I alone in thinking Jay White and the Gun kids have one of the coolest entrances in wrestling?

If AEW took place in some movie universe, Bullet Club Gold would be this roving band of bandits with huge bounties on their heads...and maybe Hangman could be a cowboy hunting them down, if he wasn't already obsessed with a certain desperado called Swerve

Wouldn't it be awesome if Forbidden Door legitimately was a cross promotional major event? Like AEW+WWE+TNA+NJPW+Stardom? I could mention some other companies too, but those are the big five and honestly I could probably drop TNA from that list, but to their credit Kenny Omega has performed there and two of their women's champions have appeared in a WWE Royal Rumble so I feel like they'd be worth having in a dream scenario like this. This event could legitimately be a two night event. So many fun potential matchups:

Asuka/Kairi vs Shida/Riho - A joshi fan's dream match

Charlotte Flair vs Mayu Iwatani for the IWGP championship - Because Charlotte doesn't believe she's had enough championships already in WWE LOL. The heel/face dynamic would be beautiful (Charlotte being the heel of course)

Mercedes Monet vs Tam Nakano - This is one we may actually see in real life at some point, especially since Monet/Giulia may potentially never happen

Jordynne Grace vs Bianca Belair - Power battle

Becky Lynch vs Giulia - These ladies have a lot of similarities in their personality

Jamie Hayter (with DMD) vs Rhea Bloody Ripley (with Dominick) - At some point in this match, I'd have Dominick try to interfere only for DMD to knock him on his ass. Crowd would lose their goddamn minds

Mike Bailey vs Shinsuke Nakamura - No DQ because I need to see Shinsuke with nunchuks damnit!

Gunther vs Orange Cassidy - Oh my god, Gunter would be so offended by EVERYTHING that is Orange Cassidy

AJ Styles vs Jay White - Gotta love seeing the former Bullet Club leaders go at it

Roman Reigns vs Kazuchika Okada - The pride and joy of two companies (past tense in Okada's case) going at it.

Seth Rollins vs Kenny Omega - Two weird guys who are awesome in the ring

Brock Lesnar vs Will Ospreay - I think a face Ospreay bumping around for a heel Lesnar could be awesome. Lesnar would of course have to BRUTALLY DESTROY HIM at some point before the actual PPV, because that's how you book Brock Lesnar.

Chad Gable versus Daniel Bryan - You could potentially put Zack Sabre Jr. in Bryan's spot too, a technical masterpiece waiting to happen.

Sheamus vs Tomohiro Ishi - Hard hitting, manly fight that will leave both men in pain for days.

Meiko Satomura vs Serena Deeb - Deeb + joshi wrestlers = awesome matches

CM Punk versus Hangman Adam Paige - This just writes itself

Kevin Owens vs MJF - My God, the promos!

Sami Zayne vs Adam Cole - Cole has to be full heel for this match

The Young Bucks versus The Usos - Super kicks for everyone!

Timeless Toni Storm vs Maki Itoh for the Lulz, speaking of which

I read that Andrade El Idolo was scheduled for a GCW show but I think it got changed. Andrade was just on Monday Night Raw hanging out with Judgment Day. Crazy.
