Smile: Finally have a piece of glass in my pachinko machine. It has been living with just the secondary piece of plexi since my Uncle got it 30+ years ago.

Not that glass is exciting, but I guess we have had a bunch of new people since we had a pachinko discussion long ago.

Smile: Ordered my new computer today! So much happiness!

Sadness: Don't get it until next week :( But I've lasted nearly three years with my current shit machine, I'm sure I can last another week.

I went to two thirft stores and three pawn shops yesterday and found nothing. One pawn shop especially was bad. It was selling two shelves full of copied VHS tapes, and they wanted $10 each for all Genesis and SNES carts. Of course, all the carts were yearly sports titles.

Gorgeous.

Now set it outside in a dark alley and repeat "Wanna play lucky hit?".

Sweet looking machine Hobie. One day I plan on making my own wooden "pachinko" game. Plywood, stain, nails, paint, and a marble should do it I think.

Thanks. It is a Heiwa, so less common than the other pachinko machines of similar vintage that are out there. Depending if you plan to make it vertical or nearly flat, I'd be worried about a glass marble chipping. I'd use some bearings or pachinko balls.

Wow, everything still looks really vibrant on that Pachinko machine! Looks really sharp.
