Which title is the one on the bottom left?

The one on the bottom left is Gradius.

I only played DK3 for a few minutes but I am unsure about using the second controller mic. What do you blow into it for?

I have heard you blow into the mic in order to shoot the insect repellent.

Yeah, it is fun dude. I recommend Binary Land to anyone that hasn't tried it. It is a fun little game.

I just went to a pawn shop that had PSX games for $1, and picked up everything that was in complete condition and the discs looked good.

Ape Escape
Gran Turismo 2
Spin Jam
Tiny Toons: The Great Beanstalk
The Little Mermaid II
Frogger
Spyro The Dragon

Were they all great deals? No, not really. Heck, I'm sure some of these games are real stinkers. Still, it's hard to turn down a PSX game in complete condition for $1. Even the crappy games might be worth a giggle.
