Answer? Not often. Here, arcades are just in terrible shape. Monitors, guns, controllers, hardly if ever in working order. Even the coin slots are jammed with coins. I'd love to walk into a place where people take CARE of their games.

Censorship pisses me off. Specifically when it's done on a forum, the function of which is supposed to be able to express one's opinions. And bullying other people pisses me off.

The following thread was locked:

http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... 44&t=35782

You tell me what was wrong with it? Nothing at all until someone's opinion of Mischief Makers was attacked.

I then posted this
Seriously? You guys couldn't get enough enjoyment trolling the newb? You had to lock the topic too? All because the guy didn't like Mischief Makers? I remember having trouble as a newb around here too, but this is a bit ridiculous. How do you guys plan on continuing to be a successful website if you treat newcomers like trash?

I saw absolutely nothing wrong with that thread. People talking about games they thought were garbage. The only thing I saw wrong was all the regulars jumping all over the new guy's ass for having an opinion that was different from their own on the game, and somehow he's the bad guy and the thread gets locked. Bullshit. Get off your high-horses and get over yourselves. You aren't the be all end all authority on classic gaming and you shouldn't have the right to bully over other's opinions. That was rude as hell.
And it was removed.

Was I doing something wrong by expressing that I felt someone here was treated poorly? Am I wrong for feeling that because someone has a different opinion, that it's not okay to call them a troll and then lock the thread? That person never started a flame war or insulted anyone, but this kind of crap is okay. And then when I call them out on it, it's censored.

If this is the way things are run around here, then I'll take my leave as well. We'll see if this message gets censored too. God forbid I speak my mind and disagree with or say something dsheinem did was wrong.

It wasn't removed, it was moved. You can still see it here. And there are already a few threads around that are "post the game you don't like", so why overlap? I don't think Mischief Makers being mentioned was the problem.

there were multiple suggestions in that thread to lock it. we've done the "what games suck?" thread before. it was locked for these reasons, not because of agreement/disagreement with the content.

your "really?" post was a brand new thread posted in "General Gaming". Wrong forum. We have a thread for suggstions, and it was moved there, not deleted or censored.

Thanks for playing.

Oh. Well now I feel like an ass. Didn't know it was moved. Sorry.

cookie monster wrote:no you normally buy the wires seperatly if the spark plugs and wires are not the problem check the distributer cap it is the circle plastic thing that the wires hook to
sometimes they need replace cause moisture gets in them hope this helps
Also a good call as that car is old enough to have a distributor instead of a coil pack. It will still have a coil though. You might watch this video to get an idea where the spark plug wires (red in the video), distributor, and coil are. Your wires are not likely to be red if they're the originals, but it will help you know what you're looking for.

Took them long enough for sure. I probably won't bother replacing my 2 disc Korean copy though unless they go overboard with translated extras.

Ticked off: The secretary of my cultural organization decided that her girlfriend and someone's lese girlfriend were more deserving of a pass to an upcoming event we are going to work on than the actual members that will work there. And he's proud of his unilateral choice.

I am not. Not only it sucks to have one less member, but it also sucks to realize what a sucky friend he is, I thought that if he were ever going to get into a row with me it would be over something where he couldn't lose just with a phone call.

I guess I should mention the Check Engine Light is on.

Yeah I've been meaning to slap in a new air filter, it's very old for sure.
