+1

Also, don't think or converse about anything too late in the day that might get you excited. Like what you might have to do at work tomorrow, or what errands you have to do tomorrow, and so on.

Recently, and again last night, I’ve had right leg thigh pain keeping me up. I suspect it’s an injury of some sort, and I probably need to back off my leg weights. Still, it’s weird that it doesn’t hurt when I’m actually running, lifting, standing, etc. but really starts to act up when I’m sitting or, worse, trying to get to sleep.

Anyone else has something like this before? It kept me up most of last night, and I’d appreciate any tips for getting rid of it.

Massage the thigh gently before bed and take some ibuprofen at bedtime.

Meanwhile, I have a bad sun burn on my entire back. And everything is awful. There is no joy in this world.

That sounds fucking awesome!
Best part by far! Would highly recommend.

Thank you all for the tips and tricks! I am happy to say that I had a completely normal night of sleep last night. I fell asleep around my normal time, had a peaceful night and woke up feeling better than I had in the previous week. So very happy! :D

Melatonin makes me dream, and when I have dreams I usually have nightmares (just shit like going to school not wearing pants) but I always wake up stressed after dreaming.

Glad to know I'm not suffering alone though haha.

I always have weird dreams, usually involving places similar yet vastly different from places I've been to IRL. Lots of times they're almost or at least completely devoid of other people. Sometimes I dream that the shopping center where Food Lion is has a host of new stores and sometimes a movie theater. They always seem to suggest new places and things to go and do where such things usually exist only in dreams.

Not exactly, but it reminds me of a similar problem I had once. I kept waking up at a very specific time in the morning with a massive sharp pain in my back. Like I was stabbed with "That's a knife!" It was so painful that I'd have to get up out of bed.

Also reminds me of when I had what I suspected was tendonitis in my wrist. I kept falling asleep with my hand propping up my head, wrist completely bent with the full weight of my head on it. It was so very painful, I ended up having to use a wrist brace for a while until it healed.

Try making sure you're properly hydrated and take magnesium (or eat bananas) and vitamin D.

Reminds me of when I was in high school. I would frequently stay up way late into the night, and a few times not go to sleep at all. I definitely did a lot of gaming during that time LOL.

Glad you got good sleep though!
