Can anyone help me getting about playing Shenmue 1 and 2 on the Dreamcast?
I went on the IsoZone, but it looks like I have to buy the first Shenmue. I don't like using Eco's rips. And the other ones seem to compressed. So I'll just buy that one, and it is not that big a deal as they got for 20 bucks on the internet.
But Shenmue 2 is not on the Dreamcast for USA. And I don't have a XBox. So what's the best way to play this game?

It looks like the first Shenmue remains quite affordable at around $20 on VG Price Charts, so that's a slam dunk. That was also the price I got it for in 2005.sp957 wrote:Can anyone help me getting about playing Shenmue 1 and 2 on the Dreamcast?

Best thing to do for II? Get a boot swap disc like DC-X and find a European copy of the game. The Japanese speech is preserved, but it has full English subtitles and menus. That is what I did, but prepare to pay $50 and up for that one.

Re: How is your Dreamcast gaming going on?
Well as I posted last month, I got a Dreamcast BBA and I started playing PSO. I can tell you that the game is damn hard until you get your level up to 15 and it is a slow process. Last week I finally got level 15 and can actually run Forrest 1 solo, the dragon is a bit tough but I can get it after near dying a few times. I am finding the game to be very enjoyable and there is always someone online to play with. Now I just have to get down how people get so good on quake and I'll be set with Dreamcast online gaming.
I am buying all Saturn games, PM me with your offerings and I will let you know if I need the game or not! (Everything must be CIB)
Currently trying to knock off all the sports games, would like to get them <$5 each! Of course if you would like to donate them I will gladly pay the shipping!

There are three steps to getting good at Quake:TheSegaSaturnGuy wrote:Now I just have to get down how people get so good on quake and I'll be set with Dreamcast online gaming.
1. Memorize map layouts - specifically weapon spawns, choke points, and spawn points
2. Learn how the weapons hit - specifically firing patterns
3. Practice Practice Practice
