Official Racketboy Suggestion Forum Thread
Re: Official Racketboy Suggestion Forum Thread
I'm thinking you guys should add a rarest and most valuable list for current gen consoles. I know the Xbox 360 and PS3 have some life in them still but they have been out for a while and have quite a few number of titles for them. Would be curious about what could qualify as a future collector's item.

I'm working on the Vita, 3DS, and Wii U rare and valuable guides (sorry, they are running late)...maybe Ack or fastbilly1 could handle this?Busomjack wrote:I'm thinking you guys should add a rarest and most valuable list for current gen consoles. Don't bother asking for guides to systems that aren't dead yet. They aren't going to happen.

The Wii is pretty much dead. Only big game coming out for it still is The Last Story. Might as well do a list on that at least.BoringSupreez wrote:dsheinem wrote:I'm working on the Vita, 3DS, and Wii U rare and valuable guides (sorry, they are running late)...maybe Ack or fastbilly1 could handle this?Busomjack wrote:I'm thinking you guys should add a rarest and most valuable list for current gen consoles. There are probably 20 or more actual retro consoles we could/should get to first in thr R&V series.

You want it? You write it. Those things take a lot of work and they are kind of on a 'whenever they freaking happen' basis. Volunteers are always accepted though.Busomjack wrote: The Wii is pretty much dead. Only big game coming out for it still is The Last Story. Might as well do a list on that at least.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I doubt anything on the PS3/360/Wii has been around long enough or has had a small enough print run to be rare or especially valuable.Busomjack wrote:I'm thinking you guys should add a rarest and most valuable list for current gen consoles. Older. Not wiser.

I might. I expect both Xenoblade and The Last Story NTSC to be rare games for the Wii since they're Gamestop exclusive releases.Flake wrote:You want it? You write it. Also, the Wii has so much shovelware trash that there is bound to be at least a few extremely rare games that nobody has ever heard of.

Demon's Souls Collector's Edition and Mass Effect Collector's Edition are both rare and go for quite a bit on Ebay.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:I doubt anything on the PS3/360/Wii has been around long enough or has had a small enough print run to be rare or especially valuable.Busomjack wrote:I'm thinking you guys should add a rarest and most valuable list for current gen consoles. Also Divinity II The Dragon Knight saga on the Xbox 360 is rare if we're talking about the physical copy. Atlus only distributed a small shipment and then decided to just exclusively distribute it on Xbox live.

Well, there's the Uncharted 2 Fortune Hunter's Edition, but that's the only one I can think of.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:I doubt anything on the PS3/360/Wii has been around long enough or has had a small enough print run to be rare or especially valuable.Busomjack wrote:I'm thinking you guys should add a rarest and most valuable list for current gen consoles.
