he was supposed to be a very unpopular guy amongst the spring field citizens and having that one friend just goes to show that somebody out there likes him, but now he's fairly popular amongst the people.

A lot happens to a man in 20 years.

They've stuck to it though. for the past 15. Wish the show would go back to its roots one last time before it decides to go down the tubes.

You know, I never can decide if I prefer the original MGS or Twin Snakes. Original has better boss battles, music, voice acting, and the cutscenes aren't as absurd, but Twin Snakes's better enemy A.I. the MGS2 moves (which only hurt the game during the first couple of boss battles), better graphics (obviously) and more consistent presentation to the rest of the series also have me lean towards it a lot.

I've beaten both back and forth several times. Glad to own both and all but yeah.

If it's any consolation, if I were forced to only keep one of them, it'd probably be the original version.

I never played MGS back in the day, so I have no emotional attachment to that version. If I were to choose one, it'd probably be Twin Snakes.

Same here. Back then, I didn't even have a "modern" gaming system.

I've never played Twin Snakes before, but if AppleQueso's description is correct, the only thing that would entice me to play is better AI. But then again, half the fun of MGS is:
