Got a game from eBay today that I thought I got a really great deal on. It turns out that the deal was too good to be true. Unfortunately, the artwork and "manual" are reproduction and there was no mention of that in the auction. The manual is just a bit of folded cardstock with the front and back of the manual printed on it. This is the first time I've had someone try to pass off a reproduction as CIB. Thankfully the seller quickly accepted the return. Hopefully, they will process it just as quickly.

I've bought a saturn game or two with repro back art. It was done so well you've never have known in the case. Seen the cut line off after cracking it open. Sold it on ebay last month but clarified the artwork. And as an ebay seller you'll get your return and money back quick. Sellers are screwed anyway in returns and basically forced to grant it.

Just found out that my morning job will be closing for a month after tomorrow. What really pisses me off is not just the fact that this was told to me AFTER the owner went on a vacation but also the fact that this news wasn't given to us at least two weeks ago.

Happy new years boys. Don't get too drunk, just drunk enough.

Reminds me of when 3D TVs were a thing, that died after a few years... just like the maybe 4th time (?) they tried to incorporate 3D in media.

I remember Catbug! I also remember his voice actor pretty much always wore a fedora. Or was it a porkpie? I think a year or so ago Sam Lavagnino posted a video of himself playing various games on his YouTube channel but now all he has is a video talking about recording The Muffin Song.

I was really looking forward to
Very Important House. Jhonen Vasquez and Sam Lavagnino on the same cartoon would've been sweet.
