Home sick today, boo.

But at least I'm making some progress reading the book I got from the library about the history of Sega. The Sega Arcade Revolution, A History in 62 Games, by Ken Horowitz. It's actually quite dry in places, but it's also very informative. I needed some reading time.

This thread is absolutely intended for non-gaming, personal posts. That said, it is not any one forum user's thread. It is EVERYONE'S thread. So nobody pee in the pool or hog the swim lane.

I fucking HATE being sick. Get well soon.

Also, coffee table video game books FTW. I've got the MegaTen one put out by the Hardcore Gaming 101 folks.

Again, get well soon, get lots of soup and eat plenty for rest. Or something like that.

Being perfectly honest, all of y'all except for REPO are boring.

Y'all are all like, "I'm facing my own mortality," or "today I found five dollars"

Meanwhile, REPO can wring six months of intrigue out of a bike tire, and should have probably started shooting a documentary about pushing himself to the brink of sanity in an effort to mod a couple of Playstation Classics.

I mean, I wouldn't go to the theater to see it, but I'd watch it on Netflix.

Smile: I might be able to get my masters in Ed for free. So that's pretty cool. Just gotta go through an interview process.

For what I put into it, you will watch it in the theater on opening day or a midnight screening the night before and then preorder the best version of the home release and you will like it!!!

Also, fucked up no one else told Marurun to get well soon.

I care less about Marurun’s health than I do about whether you have been able to replace your crotchless pants. Marurun will be fine, but not having any pants with a crotch is an emergency!

Actually, only one of my pairs of jeans has a hole in the crotch. I recently got my laundry done so now all I gotta do is just not get them to dirty. Thankfully it's slowing down at my morning job.

And seriously? THAT takes precedence over someone's health?
