I've met with the board of directors of Hobby Lobby before, and I have never met a more conservative group. Brilliant at retail, but very family oriented thinking. They are also very loyal to their employees, but their employees also go through a heavy screening to get employment.

For some reason Chick Fil A got the short end of the stick, as Hobby Lobby also does not acknowledge same sex marriages. Seeing as Hobby Lobby also pumps out christian music in their stores, this doesn't surprise me a bit.

This is the tip of the iceberg that will be the shitstorm if Obamacare passes. It will cripple some businesses, and not just the small ones.

Obamacare has passed, and despite the ravings of some very conservative business owners, it will not cripple small businesses. Both the state of Massachusetts and the city of San Francisco have similar requirements, and small businesses have not shuttered in either location.

I watched about the first half of it. I love Ron Paul's ideas and philosophy on limited government, but the guy isn't much of a speaker.

I think the difference between Chick Fil A and Hobby Lobby is the CEO of Hobby Lobby didn't send an unsolicited public statement about how gay marriage is wrong.

Exactly. Passive disapproval is entirely different from public protest.
