Re: Games Acquired 2012
I lost track of what-all I bought this year a few months back... but last night I bought The Last Story, got the edition with the fancy outer box and art book. Everyone was talking about how Xenoblade Chronicles is going to be so collectible in the future, but due to The Last Story's very low-profile release I'm sure this will actually be the rarer game.

Rarer, maybe, but not necessarily more collectible. Reviews have been less than kind.BoringSupreez wrote:I lost track of what-all I bought this year a few months back... but last night I bought The Last Story, got the edition with the fancy outer box and art book. The general consensus that I found is that it has all the flaws, cliches, and positives of the JRPG genre as a whole. If you like JRPGs, this is your game, if not, this one won't bring you in. Unlike Xenoblade, which mixed in some WRPG influence.dsheinem wrote:Rarer, maybe, but not necessarily more collectible. I'm just short of 13 hours into the campaign mode. The game is great, those reviews can stuff it.dsheinem wrote:Rarer, maybe, but not necessarily more collectible.
