See, I think my efforts are better than yours because I at least had some basic level of awareness of my audience

You had me at Baja Blast!

I’m pissed off at my own stupidity today. Got a pair of shoes in from a place in Manhattan that were half a size too big so my brother and I decided to take a trip to Manhattan to return it. Took my Bros car. Five minutes from the place, I realized that I left it in the trunk of my car.

I’ll just mail it in…

I literally once ordered shoes off of Amazon that were too tight and had to give them to my brother.

I feel like it should be some official rule to never get clothing on amazon or facebook.

Especially given the high risk of receiving counterfeit crap from buying stuff on Facebook, Depop, and other sites with heavy third party sellers. Things are so cheap these days, especially with end of the season sales.

Actually I've had pretty decent luck ordering shoes off of Amazon in the past few years, which is good considering how few options I have outside of the Walmart an hour away

Amazon is fine, as long as you make sure that it’s shipped and sold by Amazon. You’re rolling the dice if it’s a third-party seller and aren’t really experience in determining if they’re fake or not.

Back in 2012 I bought TONS of OOP books for no more than 2-5 each, more or less. Many of them are now selling for up to in the hundreds. One particular book, one in a series of YA horror novels based on Nightmare on Elm Street, currently is selling for around two grand! Too bad it's one of the ones I lost in the flood years ago.
