as long as you don't call them "shumps" I'm happy.
Yeah, that'd be like calling Dragon Blaze Dragon Blade

Yeah, it was a budget release in Europe on the ps2, & a double pack with Sol Divide thats slightly more expensive for the ps2 in japan.

Of course obtaining a copy is ridiculously expensive. :|

Ahhh - didn't realize it was on that PS2-J compilation - but yeah, pricey.

I know i'm not the only one who really prefers budget-friendly physical copies to MAME - please consider that in your votes. I think Gunbird and Gunbird 2 deserve a lot of consideration in this regard, as well as the strikers games of course.

What i'm saying, more clearly and to the point. I don't want Dragon Blaze. We are goint to have to emulate for sure on some of these, let's avoid it when we can.

Show me where i'm wrong counselor?

I actually would like to get some more play out of pricier shmups many of us already have (like Dragon Blaze, for me), so as long as it emulates well on MAME I might be inclined to pick pricier titles. That's part of setting the schedule early, too: planning budgeting ahead of time is more feasible.
