It's a good ocean life simulator.

...As a game... not so much; unless you really enjoy the other Ecco titles.

Oh ok.

I already own Seaman now so I guess that fills my Dreamcast marine life quota.

I finished this game (on Dreamcast) and loved it...

Don't get me wrong. It's a good game! ...But I honestly believe it's strictly for Ecco fans... which I'm not. I can play it for an hour but that's about it.

Put me down as a huge fan.

I also love Endless Ocean though, so keep that in mind. Both games offer a pretty believable underwater experience, and seeing as I love the ocean but am terrified of jellyfish, both games provide a fun way to go diving without having to go in the ocean and exploring the seas.

The tight canals in ECCO on DC can get somewhat annoying though.

The "view active topics" button was not working so I started using the "View new posts" button instead. I did not like it because I was used to the "active topics" button. Now the "active topics" button works but I am used to the "new posts" button, instead.

Sigh...first world problems.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I could always ban you for a few days, then none of it will work and then you'll be all reset when you can log back on, right?

But then I would get used to being off the site and then being back on the site would be weird but I'd still want to catch up. Thanks for the offer, but this is something I have to face on my own.

So I've crossed the line one too many times and have to quit drinking. This is going to be pretty rough. Gonna be harder to sleep, cope with depression and loss, be sociable, etc. Drinking is a pretty serious problem I have so any suggestions about dropping it cold turkey would be appreciated...

How much are you drinking a day? Do you fell dependent on booze?

Dropping booze cold turkey, unfortunately, may not be the best idea if you are an addict. If you can drop it cold turkey (as I did with smoking) DO IT. But if you are seriously addicted, stopping cold might not be the best idea.

Talk to a doctor man, that's your best bet. See what he/she has to say and your doc may be able to prescribe you medication to help with any dt's.

But whatever you do, be proactive and take care of your health.
