My brother uses a Dual Shock 4 on PC. He seems to like it pretty well. I know he uses it most with Guild Wars 2. He uses XPadder to set up a profile that lets him play without mouse and keyboard most of the time, and it seems to work quite nicely.

I know you're being sarcastic, but I have a Turbo Touch for NES. That thing was awesome once you got used to it!

I've also got a U-Force stashed somewhere that I picked up at a thrift store. I don't think it's complete, though. Never had a Power Glove, but I hear it's so bad.

I actually had a Power Glove circa 1989. Let me tell you in no uncertain terms, the Power Glove sucked then and it sucks now.

Hmmm...kinda want to try this now.

I didn't like the Dreamcast controller much, honestly. It was a step backwards compared to the Saturn's 3D controller.

Except the Dreamcast pad is awful in every way. It feels like a pointy Jaguar controller with an equally as bad dpad. Who thought hard plastic was a good option for the analog stick? Yeck.

Seriously, one of the worst controllers created. I hate the N64 controller too but you could at least make arguments that it's reasonably comfortable. The Dreamcast controller just hurts.

Not really a terribly unpopular opinion but the new consoles are completely underwhelming in every way. I even like my PS4 but I wont pretend for a second it's worth the money.

Also DriveClub is a good game. It's a ripoff Project Gotham Racing from handling model to style and it does it well > online issues not withstanding.

I agree wholeheartedly with this -- especially if you're prone to playing anything that requires precise control (Super Meat Boy is used as an example). In a world where the 360/One controllers get a lot of love simply because they're kind of the default, it's good to see others honestly drawing attention to their shortcomings and finding better solutions.
Can you connect to a PC with a USB cable? Or is it only with Bluetooth?
You can definitely connect via USB...in fact, it's probably the better option due to bluetooth being well...bluetooth.
Plus, you can use the trackpad as a mouse, which you can imagine to be REALLY helpful for a lot of PC games, especially if you're hooking your PC up to a TV.

Well now that sucks I had no idea the PS4 controller just worked on Windows if you use a USB cable. :\ I went and got a 360 controller thinking I was just stuck since all these suck up game companies porting console stuff (and others) set up xinput so the 360 controller is the thing to go with.

I also like that idea of Guild Wars 2 using a controller, using the mouse and the keyboard on that gets annoying after awhile.

Well on another hand, a lot of games that have the 360 button prompts don't have options to show Dualshock prompts instead. I think it's been a few rare cases where that's a changeable option.

It's silly, but it would probably bug me if they didn't match haha.
