Okay, we've had enough esoteric Japanese releases for a minute. Here's one you can play in English:

I've added a tilt to the image to make it harder for Google Image cheaters.

This is an EASY game to figure out. I don't think I need to even give a hint. But I'll give you one anyway; this game was more popular in Europe than USA, and it didn't even get a Japanese release.

Yes. And the only NSFW image I can remember was spoilered also. I'm not going to censor my picks because someone wants to goof off at work.

Oh, and I don't think aj is just talking about spoilered images. The last game I posted, Fall, has eroge scenes. They're really hard to dig up on the internet, but I can understand not wanting to enter pornoland when you're just searching for a game title.
