Dave with Rabbit Engineering 3D prints and sells micro game consoles & vintage computers that are stunning to collect! Apple II, Nintendo NES, Atari 2600, Commodore 64 and so many more cool 3D printed collectables! Here's how he does it.

Cool video to give people an idea of what they can do with their own 3D printer!

Oh man, I've been thinking of getting one for some time to make toy car parts for customizers, possibly replacement gears (if they turn out strong enough), and could do neat statues of things. I've even thought in past years that a 3D printed thing would be awesome to throw in the charity auction. Now I really really want one. I'm not sure where I'll put it or what all needs to be done business wise if it does start churning money.

Hmmm.

I would reach out to Dave Nunez / Rabbit Engineering on Facebook (the dude in the video). Super nice guy who is very helpful. I bet he'd send you in the right direction..

Heh, I don't do Facebook. I've got their page up though, perhaps I'll just use the email after I've thought about it some. :)

The proper pronunciation is "guy den", which means "side story". In the case of Darius and some other games, it makes sense as an offshoot. Then there's the case of Ninja Gaiden which makes no sense really. Galactic Attack is of course Layer Section/Ray Force, which also includes Ray Storm and Ray Crisis in the series. There is also a Game Paradise 2 (Gunbare! Game Tengoku 2) released on PS1. :)

TG16
Nice video, some games covered I never even heard of! The TG16 has a lot of SHMUPS, I think one of the highest ratio versus other types of games in the library. Hey, where is Galaga 88/90 and Raiden?

Agree about the auto fire, a must for many of the SHMUPs. I use an Arcade stick on other consoles at times and enable the hold the button rapid fire mode. Rather avoid the button mashing though a sacrifice of losing the power charge shot.

Saturn
Also a good run of games reviewed. So correct the best way to play Nights into Dreams is with an analog stick. There is also a PS2 import of the Saturn game, part of the Sega Ages series that plays very well with the dual shock. The Wii version also "spin flights" well with the PSX dual shock (with adapter) versus Classic Controller (lousy segmented stops). I think the Wii game would have much better reviews if more would try the game with the Playstation controller adapter.

The Sony PS3 was home to great High Definition Remasters based on classic PS2 franchises. Here are some of my favorites from the game collection along with what is new and special about each.

Games Shown:
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection
Ico & Shadow of the Colossus Collection
Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster
God of War Collection (GW1 & 2)
God of War: Origins Collection (Chains of Olympus & Sparta)
Jak & Daxter Collection
The Sly Collection
Silent Hill HD Collection
Zone of The Enders HD Collection

What game or series never got the HD treatment that you wish would get remastered?

Nice video! The HD Collections really tempt me to get a second PS3 (son has one) for the living room. Not only for the HD, but also the added footage. Some of the games support 480p on the PS2 versions, but to get the extra levels would be sweet!
