You dont count. You were man-made in a lab like the incredible hulk.MrPopo wrote:I beat him on my first attempt...
Also, I did it with only one chatacter who had bufu. That's badass.
Re: Shin Megami Tensei IV
Took me a few tries as he would wipe the floor with my party until I made a bufu heavy one.

So, how does IV compare to Strange Journey. More grindey, less grindey?

Makes me want to play Strange Journey. Still haven't, but I hear the story was better in that one.

My greatest SMT feat is beating Lucifer on the True Demon Ending of Nocturne. To put it in perspective, he reduces all damage by 1/4, including the Almighty damage that you normally can't reduce in any way. And you're using a piece of equipment that has you null all elements, which is mandatory if you want to have a chance at winning.noiseredux wrote:You dont count. Re: Shin Megami Tensei IV
The story was pretty decent. They even fit a few cutscenes onto the little card. I couldn't force myself to finish it though. Ended up needing a lot of grinding about halfway through.ZenErik wrote:Makes me want to play Strange Journey. Still haven't, but I hear the story was better in that one.

Re: Shin Megami Tensei IV
Was it much harder than SMTIV? The last two bosses in this game were a joke. First try on both without even coming close to dying. Definitely want to replay on hard someday.
