I would agree with you but I'm too poor to spend 30 bucks on it at Game Trade.

burn it then.

I miss my old copy as well. I played the shit out of it. Some Arcades here in Mexicali still have this game.

I wish I had the Dreamcast Pelician code disc. With that badboy you can get unlimited money and just buy all the extras for the game.

I have that disc somewhere, but I havent seen it in about 8 years! :(

I spent $37 (shipped) on my copy. I regret not a cent.

well yes, of course. CVS2 is perfection beyond an already close to perfection original. I agree. But I'd still say I prefer CVS over any of the MVC games.

both have their good and less than good parts.

Unless your deeply involved in the groove department, all you need is the C and S groove.

I do like the overload of characters on CvS2.

You have more character ratio options on two.

I honestly can't decide, nor would I want to. I put SO much time into CVS1 in both the arcade and Dreamcast. I even entered a few tourneys for it and lerned a lot from some of the pros of the game at the time in my area. It's presentation and atmosphere couln't be toppled by CVS2. Although the latter made up for it in sheer content and a more refined gameplay. I love both!
