Part III is loads better than part II.

I and II are awesome if you have maps, walkthroughs, and the patience of a monk.

IV blows the others away. It's almost as good as some of the better SNES JRPGs.

I know 2 isn't great but 3 got a real bad rap, especially because of its story if I remember correctly. No argument on 4. Awesome.

I believe there is significant merit in this. Never understood all the hate for ET. I played it loop after loop after loop just to see how many points I could get with each ending.

It's a testament to Atari's insanity that you can still find sealed copies of a lot of their 2600 games that aren't terribly rare or expensive.

I no longer read gaming media. I haven't in nearly a year. The vast majority of my modern gaming news comes from friends and this website now. I'm content to spend my time instead watching gameplay footage, prices, and auctions of games I'm interested in collecting for older consoles.
