what do you think?

Gradius Galaxies looks good but I was upset about the slowness.

R-Type III is another really good looking game that I felt suffered from really crappy controls. I definitely prefer R-Type I & II on GB (or R-Type DX on GBC).

Gunstar Super Heroes has some incredible graphics. That's for sure.
Well, After getting enough power-ups I found the ship to be fast enough. I dont think im a big fan of R-type shmups becasue I dont like not being able to hit certian enemies. LIke for those turret-like things on the ground, you have to have a weapon that goes diagonally, or you have to risk crashing on the ground and dying to try to kill them. Oh well.

Gunstar looks amazing and I cant believe they sold it to me for 2 dollars. :D

I was quite happy, I have been looking for it for quite awhile. I have seen it on other consoles for around 1-15 but wanted the NGC version and my waiting (as always) has paid off.

I have seen it fetch $25+ for the NTSC copy on ebay and higher for the PAL version.

Just need to get one last stick off when I get home and I am all happy.

Walked into a local mom and pop and picked up:

Doom 3 - Collector's Edition (oXbox) CIB
The Godfather - Limited Edition (oXbox) CIB w/o Slip Cover
NES Dogbone Controller

The last two I just don't see in the wild so I offered $15 knowing they were worth $30 and the guy said $20.

SOLD. Even at a B&M I never pay sticker price on used games ...

Kinda pricey, but cool. Got a copy of Ikaruga for the Dreamcast for $40. I hadn't looked in a long time, so I don't know how much its going for. What with the GC version and XBOX Live version, I don't know if anyone cares about Ikaruga for the DC anymore. But I do. And at $40, I was happy to have it.
