BoneSnapDeez, for your 3rd problem, I really just have to say the classic.

Go get a gun.

I've been in a break in. Something about looking down the barrel of a .410 shotgun makes many men just leave. I'm not sure what state your in though, so be check your laws when it comes to killing people. (Never shoot to wound, authorities will slam you harder on the bench.) In Texas, you can shoot anyone who enters your property without permission that you feel threatened by. I believe florida is similar.

If you don't want to get a gun, just make sure to move somewhere safer. That's all I can really say.
Systems: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, N64, Gamecube, Xbox 360

WTB: Boxes for a silver Gamecube System(and a hyperport cover), and a box for an Ice Blue N64 console. Will pay 7.50 for each and shipping.

It is. Quote:

"Under Florida law, there is no "duty to retreat" if you are attacked in any place you have a lawful right to be. Instead, you may stand your ground and meet force with force, including deadly force, if you reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm to yourself or others."

"As of October 1, 2005, Florida became a "Stand-your-ground" state. The Florida law is a self-defense, self-protection law. It has four key components:

It establishes that law-abiding residents and visitors may legally presume the threat of bodily harm or death from anyone who breaks into a residence or occupied vehicle and may use defensive force, including deadly force, against the intruder.

In any other place where a person “has a right to be,” that person has “no duty to retreat” if attacked and may “meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.”

In either case, a person using any force permitted by the law is immune from criminal prosecution or civil action and cannot be arrested unless a law enforcement agency determines there is probable cause that the force used was unlawful.

If a civil action is brought and the court finds the defendant to be immune based on the parameters of the law, the defendant will be awarded all costs of defense."

Ticked: Stream doesn't let you add multiples of items so you can go on a gift giving binge. The dumb thing is it will let me add it to the cart after completing a previous purchase, but I can't actually click to buy it again. :|

What about Christmas gifts?
One's already on its way.

And I got a car today! A little old, dusty, some cracks in the plastic, but it's red! ]And for a buck! And it rewinds VHS tapes!

Merry Christmas!
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.

Ticked: Having to wait till at least *Tuesday* for Shenmue II. (no mail delivery in US on Monday)

Also, being unable to post and do much else for the forseeable future once I get it -- it will suck me right in much like the first one did

Smile: Sega Pinball Party for the GBA. In the last few years it has become my go-to game for trips away from home. I never think about it when I am back in SA but whenever I hit the road, there it is.

Frown: What I thought was a headache from not eating and a runny nose from the sudden change in weather was a little more significant. All I want for Christmas is to stop sneezing.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
