Sometimes Julius will go up a gnaw at the bag while periodically meowing to alert me that he needs food. Even though his bowl filled to the brim. I've had to let him crash in my room for the last few days because my garage isn't insulated and the California summer's get too hot for him.

Wish it was a Vita! That's my PSP 1001, and my little brother made that crack YEARS ago. It's my emulation machine and it's a beast. (there's also a hello kitty band-aid on the back.)
awww Jinx those pictures are so cute! Your mantis is reaching out for to give us a big hug/rip our faces off! I would like to think the former instead of the latter.

Actually, she likes to climb up my face and sit on top of my head. She'll sit there for hours watching the cursor move around on the monitor like a cat.
Mantises are awesome. I grew up in Kansas, and we did not have them there. They are everywhere in North Carolina, however. (I have very carefully removed four or five of nymphs from my car this summer and placed them in my gardens. they are great for keeping out pests!) The biggest ones are in the eastern part of the state, and I was mesmerized by them whenever my family would visit during the summer.
