Games Beaten 2015
Re: Games Beaten 2015
Next year I'm going to see if I can balance things better towards consoles. I mostly stuck to my plan of playing my started but not finished games (barring things like new releases, TRs, and the like) and only fell of the wagon at the end of the year to bust through a variety of expansion packs. But now, of the 262 games I have marked as started but not finished only 27 of those are PC games. So if I keep that policy I will have a shift towards the console end of things.

I just got this for my brand new iPad. (It is $1 right now.) I am really looking forward to it.
Have you played it before? I think the hype for the game > game itself by a pretty wide margin.
Definitely didn't care for it. Style and no substance.
Wow, I just beat Bastion and was on my way here to say the exact same thing. Good timing! Fantastic presentation both graphic- and music wise but damn was the gameplay itself boring. Now I'm back to playing Ys Origin and my heart is pumping like a racing rabbit's, that's how ARPGs should be done!

Ys Origin is the best post-16-bit action-RPG.

I know for a fact you haven't played Ys Origin - there aren't any console ports!!!

Definitely excited to hear your thoughts on Dark Souls and Bloodborne someday. Glad you dug Demon's!

Star Prince from Retro Game Challenge for DS. But I cheated and used the invincibility code.
And it turns out that I have to re-beat Robot Ninja Haggleman 1 and 2 since I forgot to save my progress afterwards. And then I have the two racing games that I absolutely HATE!!

I murdered the blue dragon last night, and I plan on finishing it off tonight! (It got me a few times too...the final score is really: blue dragon - 3; prfsnl_gmr - 1...)

Re: Games Beaten 2015
went on a tear of action RPG stuff, and in the last few months beat:
Golden Axe Warrior
Crusader of Centy
Beyond Oasis
Monster World IV
was working on Shining Force CD (book 2) but Yakuza 5 came out, and my desire to plat that pretty much takes up way too much time
