One of the very important things I learned while living in Texas was that asking for unsweetened tea at a restaurant was basically admitting you're a Nazi.
I like darker beers but I don't drink because of health problems and haven't done any drinking besides a little wine tasting since 2009-ish.
Yes, I like coffee. Nothing in it, I prefer it black. Yes, I like beer. The blacker the better, so I tend to prefer stouts. I also drink hot tea of all kinds with nothing in it. Cold tea I prefer black and sweet. I am a Southern boy.
I tend to prefer drinks as black as my heart.
At this point, I also like the flavor of scotch, so I guess that says plenty about my taste. But I do have a sweet tooth...which I generally sate with tons of chocolate.

You and I nearly twins. I prefer a splash of milk in my coffee, though my espresso needs to be black, and I can do without cold tea entirely, but otherwise gimme my scotch, whiskey, and imperial stouts all day long.
Just had Founders Porter last night, and I have Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout in the fridge for tonight.
Coffee and beer (and alcohol generally) are both way too bitter for me: I hate them both :/
I largely don't like teas for the same reason, at least bitter ones, but also because I hate the herby aftertaste that all teas have. It just feels so awful in my mouth. I have a fairly sensitive mouth though (I can't drink carbonated beverages: It burns my entire mouth too much), so I believe I'm in the minority opinion here.

Key, this is such a complicated and loaded question for someone like me who can be very picky...
I like the flavor of coffee when combined in sweet stuff, like coffee candies or coffee ice cream. I have started drinking coffee lately, but I have to have cream or creamer in it and sweetener. But I don't like heavily flavored coffee or coffee that's been over-sweetened, because then it's just gross. I will not drink black coffee. I also think some kinds of flavored coffee, when brewing, smell like stale cigarettes (and thus disgusting). I do love cold, sweetened coffee beverages as well.
Tea... I love iced tea, and I tend to prefer it unsweetened (on the rare occasion I have sweetened tea I need it "half sweet" as the Southerners I grew up with would call it, which is still almost sweet enough to rot your teeth immediately). I do not like bitter hot teas. I prefer my hot tea to be smoother, but I also like darker, stronger hot tea. I like Scottish breakfast tea, strong Earl Grey, Assam blends, and pu-erh. Those I will sometimes have unsweetened. The more bitter the tea, the more likely I am to dump stuff into it, like whitener and sweetener. I do not like most green tea as it tastes too astringent or acidic for me.
If I'm having an herbal tisane it varies. I prefer rooibos, mint, and barley (mugicha) unsweetened, but I prefer most fruit herbal blends sweetened.
For beer, I prefer either yeasty, unfiltered wheat bears or malty, dark brews. I do not like strong hop flavors, and have yet to meet an IPA I like. I common IPA hops like cascade taste very astringent, like fresh pine needles. The smell is fine but I wouldn't want it in my mouth. I love stouts and porters as long as they're heavier on the malt. I tend not to like the hoppiness of imperial anythings. I also like kolsh and oktoberfest brews, dubbels and trippels, and winter warmers/Christmas ales.
If you have trouble with the bitterness in beers, we should talk. I bet I could come up with some you'd like. After listening to a recent Gastropod episode on gruits, I learned the whole "beer must have hops and only these 3 ingredients!" Bavarian purity law thing actually came about as a way to support grain crops and before that lots of interesting herbal blends were used to make beer.
-- Do you like coffee? If so, what do you put in it, if anything? Kind of, I guess, but my coffee is usually literally at least 25% cream and sugar.
-- Does your palette feel the same way about beer as it does for coffee? I hate beer, and I hate black coffee, so I guess it feels the same in that they're both disgusting. Strictly speaking for beer, yeah, it's similar because they're both somewhat bitter, but I'm not a big fan of alcohol in general. I just don't like the taste of the alcohol.
-- If you drink tea, what kinds are your favorite, and do you put anything in them? I only drink hot tea if I've had a really stressful day and need to unwind. Then I'll usually drink Earl Grey or one of Celestial Seasonings flavors (one of the fruity ones or Tension Tamer). Being a Southerner, however, I go through a gallon of sweet tea every other day (1/2 cup of sugar for every 1 quart of tea), and that stays refrigerated (obviously).
I'll let yall in on my secret for perfect sweet tea (in addition to the amount of sugar) - make it with three bags of regular black tea and one bag of Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Zinger or Lemon Zinger. Blueberry's not bad, either, but raspberry and lemon are definitely the best.
-- Is your previous answer different depending on the temperature of the tea? See above.
-- Do you like coffee? If so, what do you put in it, if anything? Yes, dark coffee usually with a little coconut milk and maybe a dab of sugar/creamer. I like iced too. Caffeine really messes me up though, so I don't have it often.
-- Does your palette feel the same way about beer as it does for coffee? Never thought about that but actually, yeah I'd say they do seem similar. Sometimes milky or wheaty. An acquired taste for both. I do like beer too.
-- If you drink tea, what kinds are your favorite, and do you put anything in them? I like Tradewinds (?) green tea with honey. But I should not be lazy and try to make my own somesday. Not a huge fan of most tea, but I like green tea a lot.
Speaking of caffeine, I had some black tea once that had like 70 some grams of caffeine and that day was horrid. Basically feels like I'm having an anxiety attack or something when caffeine messes me up. I knew black tea had a bomb of caffeine in it, prior to trying it I thought it was maybe the added sugars and stuff in coffee that was messing me up, but this confirmed it's moreso the caffeine.
-- Is your previous answer different depending on the temperature of the tea? I've only had cold, warm doesn't seem like it'd be bad though.
I detest coffee. The smell and taste of it both make me feel physically sick.
I like beer, but prefer lagers to ales.
I don't drink a lot of tea. Ice tea I prefer sweet and fruity. Hot tea I like with Lemon or Mint. I'm not opposed to the classic British tea with milk and sugar, but I just find it kind of dull.
I love Japanese coffee candies and also the ice cream too. I can not stand real coffee. The one time was last June, the relative of my wifes she mixed it with some form of cream and amount I don't know with also another amount of some sugar -- it was liquid japanese coffee candy/ice cream bliss. I tried a few times to figure it out since, disaster.
Same goes with beer I saw brought up, won't touch it, but it may be as much of a mental block than taste -- daddy liked the drink more than being all that great or helpful as a kid so fuck beer and fuck football basically.
I'll drink iced tea, iced green tea, hot of both, also various other hot teas like earl gray, english breakfast, puh-erh of varieties.
