don't I know it. I had email exchanges with mjmjr25 last week bringing him up to speed on Saturn prices. We both threw up a little bit when comparing the price of games we bought 3 or 4 years ago, and sold and are now looking at re-acquiring. Not pretty.CD AGES wrote:I am. There's literally games I spent $9 on and sold for maybe $15, $20 that go for $60 or $70 now. Good luck, bud!

I regret selling some certain NES games. Every time I think of doing a purge, I recall these examples and it holds me back.noiseredux wrote:don't I know it. That's one of the reasons I've been focusing on expanding my Wii collection even though I really want to expand my Saturn collection - shit's expensive, yo...CD AGES wrote:I am. Saturn games are damn expensive these days

Have you guys heard of MOOS gaming parts?! I Heard they are awesome!
So my friend is finally making my PC! I was with him all afternoon being and Igor to his frankenstein! Its still a work in progress.

Even his daughter was helping!

We managed to get it to turn on but without the OS there wasn't much we could do. Plus it was getting late and we have to leave the fine tuning for another day!

I still dont know what the complete specs are on my new PC, but some of you smart people can probably see the pictures and guess how its going to turn out!
What do you think of my new rig?

The graphics card will need an upgrade if you want to max out games in the future, but a 760 certainly isn't bad if you're content running on medium and lower settings, and it's certainly more affordable than the newer stuff (my 980 cost me $650 when I built my rig last year). That's the only component I could recognize. You won't be getting 60 fps on Ultra settings out of it, but it should be more than enough to run any games out now.

Yeah. Talked to my friend a bit more and it has 8gb of ram.
4 gb on two chip's
And its a dual core processor.
So its going to be an okay computer!

Do you happen to know the frequency of the two cores? With only two cores, I wouldn't recommend any multitasking, but if you've got a decent speed in each core, it should be fine for gaming. 8 GB of RAM is really all you need; it's all I have right now.
