Does anybody know if buying "pre-owned" games off of their website come with the original box or loose? There's a few 7th generation games they have I might want if it comes with the case instead of just the disc/cartridge.

No guarantee either way in my experience.

If it's a disc game, then it will be sent to you in SOME kind of case. Though it's a total crap-shoot whether you actually get the real case and/or manual or some generic Gamestop thing. I know you definitely never get DS games with the cases, but I have never tried ordering Vita or 3DS games through that, so I do not know :/ (although I imagine 9 times out of 10 you just get it loose and they don't even bother to give you a generic case).

What everyone else said. I've gotten stuff complete in case, but most of the time, it's disc/cart only.

Darn, that's what I was expecting. There are still some games worth buying there, even if the original game case/box isn't included.

Agreed. Especially if there are some DS games you want from them that you don't mind not having the case fore, I'd definitely just order it online just because of how cheap they price them.

See and that's why I wish they kept the cases and asked if you wanted them instead of junking them like they've done to so many ds cases...

Not necessary sadly. When they had their retro sale recently I nabbed a copy of Mario Golf Toadstool Tour for gamecube and it came disc only in one of their yellow sleeves inside a plastic baggie :P. Was only $4 so no biggie but it was kind of surprising that it wasn't in at least a generic case.

Also for anyone buying online promo code CAG16 gets you an extra 16% off on top of your power up rewards card 10% off :).

Pre-Black Friday sales starts today! There're the normal fairly boring deals, BUT if you're a Power Up Rewards member, you get access to Friday's Buy 2 Get 1 deal on preowned stuff starting TODAYYYYY! (it figures on the one day I'm busy all day this week so I won't be able to try to scoop up Vita and 3DS gameses until tomorrow probably ;A;)

Your gamestop still has vita games? I looked all over the one near my PT and work for them and there's no space for them anymore. They have a pstv though for $30 in the locked used portables section though >_> If i had the money and it counted towards amiibo I'd go crazy since there's a ton of those I'd love to get still(still missing a few mario's, link's, and zeldas not to mention a whole slew of others...)
