Unfortunately, the Neptunia anime is fairly PG. I've found some (undoubtedly unofficial) manga, on the other hand, that would fit very well with a hentai thread.

Kind of getting bored with One Piece and I'm slowly forgetting bits and pieces of the story since it's been going on so long. Almost feel like doing a refresher marathon but with 745 episodes so far it would take me over a year unless I watched 3+ per day .

Care to detail where you're at in the series?

Honestly once you hit the Water 7 / CP9 arc, the episodes literally start to become like... 10 minutes long. With the long intro and longer than normal opening, then a recap which can sometimes be dragged out a lot if you know they're crunched for time... that sometimes takes like 5-8+ minutes alone haha....

I find it pretty easy to burn through 50-100 episodes in a week or so. I HATE watching One Piece weekly since so little can happen, but I have a blast with it in marathon mode once I let some episodes pile up and the breaks probably keep it fresh and exciting for me.

I'm watching the subbed version as it releases so I'm on the latest aired episode which is 745 as of this week. They have finally finished up the Dress Rosa arc after 117 episodes so happy to be done with it since there was a shitload of fluff this arc . Figure we have a filler arc coming up though.

Ohhhh, good to hear... I was stuck in the middle of the final battle in that arc.

It's one of my favorite arcs, but it does have problems. The perspective was changing around way too much. The Franky and underwear guy or whatever... felt like they fought FOREVER. That was really bad.

The worst fight by far was

Luffy vs. Bellamy

That was literally 5+ episodes of Luffy sitting in a room taking punches because he refuses to fight him. Really interested to get into the next arc since we have been missing half the crew for what feels like half a year at this point. They teased them a few episodes back showing they were on another island fighting some guys, but it wasn't much to go on.

So I've been watching AKB0048 and have some conflicted feelings. On one hand, the concept is super silly and wonderful. In the future: humans live in space but also all entertainment has been banned for reasons left unexplained. What type of populist music is so rebellious that can free the human spirit with it's raw voice from the underground? A grossly overproduced pop band consisting exclusively of underage girls! The idea of idol singers engaged in space-warfare with itasha-mechs and wota (fans) providing ground cover with glow-stick missiles is AMAZINGLY LUDICROUS and delightful. The only comparison I can think of would be Macross 7 but it makes Macross 7 seem like Macross Plus in terms of sheer ridiculousness. And Shoji Kawamori (Macross creator) directed it!

But on the other hand, I think the show has been spending way too much time with the "cute girls being cute" angle, I find this especially tiring since I don't care AT ALL about actual idol groups. I just started the second half and it's off to a strong start, I just hope it keeps on being as ridiculous as possible!
