It’s fairly short. I’m at the last level and I really haven’t spent a lot of time with it.

The game can be short, depending on how many times you wanna replay it. There's a few different ways to play through the game. If you only wanna role the credits once, you can probably do that in an hour.

I personally prefer to focus the lower head first, as its attacks tend to take up more space. You can frequently bait out the bite by being close, and that's easy to jump over. Keep track of the upper head; if you have the appropriate range you can kill his balls while they are forming and that saves you from their explosive damage, otherwise just dodge them. Second phase is pretty easy; it's just a straight repeating pattern with no variation.

Yeah my strategy in the game pretty much boils down to be Miriam.

If there’s someone overhead I can kill with Alucard (I don’t know his name so it’s Alucard) or I need to fly I’ll switch to Alucard. The spell caster I just switch to for the fire shield and the ice magic only when there’s a path blocked by the giant fire guy. I almost never use the main character unless I am low on health at a boss.

Same. Merriam or whoever rules. And fire shield guy is there for the shield and Alucard to get to high places as a bat hah.

Dude, try Arthur's ice magic against bosses. He can freeze projectiles and bosses, and enemies hit while frozen take double damage. Since the ice lasts a bit, you can also do things like lockdown one dragon head while dealing with the other.

And one of the hardest hits in the game is using Gebel, the Alucard-wannabe. If you hit with all three bats, he can do a ton of damage. So freeze, swap, hit with three bats, swap, repeat.

The even cooler way to do it is to throw out a couple of scythes with Miriam, then freeze them. When they naturally start to thaw that flashing between frozen and not frozen turns on and off the hitbox, so you've basically recreated the pause trick.

Oh yeah I think I spammed the Alucard clones attack on the dragon boss actually. It’s such a big boss hat you can land all three hits pretty easily and knock out the first stage really fast. I switched to Miriam for the second stage which let me keep enough distance that it was really easy to avoid attacks.

Okay, yeah ice made the dragon head boss a breeze.

I got up to the lightning boss on the ship, but I got owned really fast.
