What I was trying to say was having a conscious thought to have kids. Rather than 14 year old girls getting pregnant 'by accident' aka they were dumb enough not to use contraception. Then spend the rest of their life shouting at their kids because they have no sense of maturity and have no idea how to handle themselves let alone another life. I wasn't trying to make out that you should plan having kidsto the day and week. I'm saying having a spoken agreement between two people in a healthy relationship to decide it's a good time to have kids, rather than spawning at will without a thought for the consequences.

I think the first 10 minutes of Idiocracy sums up what i'm trying to say.


Anyways, I never flamed you ryan, I clearly stated a fact. I never spoke to you in a derogatory manor. You were the one who had flipped your lid at me. I never provoked you. I think you are the one to "cool it" and try and control your childish temper. Yes we all know you're 14, but please try and show a little maturity. The average age of the users of this site is at least 5-10 years your senior. If you want people to take you more seriously please consider what you are saying before you let your childhood emotions run riot. I'm not blaming you, lots of kids are passionate and say things without thinking, it's part of growing up. However, on a public forum, we don't necessarily want to always witness such outbursts.

I'm sorry but your original topic wasn't at all interesting. You didn't get a bargain, you didn't buy anything remotely interesting. In my opinion, there was no topic to begin with. At least when the thread de-railed we talked about ADHD and your outburst. That was slightly interesting/amusing.

The original topic would be like me posting a new thread saying "Look!! I just bought a PS3, At RRP! ZOMG!", not interesting. However if I had posted "Look!! I just bought a PS3 for £100! ZOMG!", that on the other hand would have had some slight merit in that it would be quite unusual, there would be a topic to discuss there, how did you get it so cheap? or I wouldn't buy a PS3 even at that price! etc etc.

What next 'RyaN'? "W00t! I just bought some pants from walmart!" Or "I just farted! Let's talk about it". Come to think of it, that topic would probably get some on topic replies... Ya sickos

Errmmm...based on what, exactly. Technical specifications? Nostalgic charm? Number of good arcade ports? Ugly polygon counts? Import scene? Controllers? Homebrew? Size? Fanbase? Market value? Market share? Game library?

How should we compare these beasts? Blind taste test? Pin the tail on the console? Simon Says? Dodgeball? Mud Wrestling?

Are we also going to compare a Genesis to a PS2?

DISCLAIMER: I HATE SONY.
Don't really see how the two could even compare... PS2 and DC maybe, but the PS1 doesn't have Rez or Vectorman in a emulator, so the DC is superior. I guess the PS1 might be fun for someone who loves platformers, but in quite a few other areas the winner is clear.
