Second, It'd be pretty cool for someone to buy those games, rip them and start a torrenting site.

I treat this the same way I treat emulation.

The big draw back to a large collection is you never play them. I owned over thousands of video games across every console released in America stored accessibly in a walk in closet. When I want to play a game I walk in there and pull a game, I get bored in two seconds and concede to the idea there is a better game in the closet. Return, pull another, repeat... over and over and over.

Emulation does it even worst because all I have to do is click File>Load>select directory

Excess is a bit much... hence why I've sold off a good deal of my collection.

I've been amassing more games than I have been playing lately as well. For the reasons you have cited, I have canceled my gamefly account. Not because there aren't any good games anymore, but because I've got more than I know what to do with as it is. I still haven't beat Okami, despite being my favorite game on the PS2 after Persona 3. I've got a dozen more adventure or RPG games lined up after that!

It would be nice to get back to mastering, not just beating, but mastering a game before I got a new one. Once upon a time, my friends and I would have competitive speed runs of Super Mario Bros. and draw ornate maps of The Legend of Zelda dungeons and overworld. What ever happened to that? Guess I don't have hours a night to play anymore.

All those games going unplayed, such a shame.

agreed. Buy it...rip them open...enjoy!!

I also agree on the "To many games to pick" deal to. When you have SO many games infront of you...you never play more than 20 mins at a time. Unless its call of duty 4....everytime i had that on a system ive played the hell out of it lol.
